Date & Time: January 30th, 3 PM - 6 PM PST, 2300z - 0200z

Shift 1: 3 PM - 4 PM PST (2300z - 0000z)
Shift 2: 4 PM - 5 PM PST (0000z - 0100z)
Shift 3: 5 PM - 6 PM PST (0100z - 0200z)
