An updated version of CPS-001 has been uploaded to the site adding guidance for the use of "contact me" messages as well as guidance on contacting network supervisors. Additionally, new SOP's were uploaded for NORCAL TRACON, San Francisco ATCT, Oakland ATCT, San Jose ATCT, and the Class D ATCT's. The details of those changes can be found below, as well as in the briefing documents linked. A special thanks to Maxim Salikhov for his hard work helping us make these changes to the SOP's.
